Naira Marley whose full name is Azeez Adeshina Fashola is a notable British-Nigerian singer and performing artist who sings in English, Pidgin, and Yoruba. He was born on the 10th of May 1993.
Also, when was 11 years old, he relocated to Peckham, South London in England. He completed his education with a distinction in business law at Peckham Academy. He further studied business law at Crossways College which is now Christ the King Sixth Form College.

Career
As a teenager, Naira Marley planned on becoming a Master of Ceremony (MC) and a voice-over artist. He started singing in 2014 after he had discovered his flair for music and was encouraged by close-knit friends to pursue his music career.
Before he released his debut EP Gotta Dance in 2015, he released the Max Twigz-assisted track “Marry Juana”.
Furthermore, in December 2017, Naira Marley released “Issa Goal”, Olamide, and Lil Kesh-assisted single which became the theme song for the Super Eagles at the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Subsequently, on 16 June 2018, the official remix of “Issa Goal” featured Lil Kesh, Falz, Olamide, Slimcase, and Simi. Naira Marley got his stage name from a Jamaican singer Bob Marley, whom he admires his dreadlocks are also a tribute to the singer.
He released “Am I A Yahoo Boy” on the 3rd of May, 2019, a Zlatan-assisted track, and he got arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) that same day. He further released “Soapy” on 27 June 2019, just a few days after he was released from prison.
Also, on 2019 December 18, Naira Marley released his second EP Lord of Lamba which was a mixture of Afrobeats and hip-hop. The EP contains six tracks featuring guest artists such as Young John, CBlvck, and Mayorkun the production was handled by Rexxie, Killertunes, and Studio Magic.
